Complete our online form or book a discovery call to discuss your event details.

2. MAKE IT OFFICIAL

Accept the proposal, sign the contract and deposit to secure your event date and complete our thorough pre-event questionnaire with our online system.

3. WE CHECK IN

One (1) week before your event we touch base and confirm details. 24 hours before we send a reminder.

4. SHOW TIME

Our professional readers show up (on time), setup and STEP UP, ready to enchant your event.

FAQ

Can I make changes to my booking after reserving my date?

You can add or amend your booking up to 7 days prior to the event. If cancellation of event happens we retain your non-refundable deposit.

Do you have a minimum booking?

Yes. Our lowest budget package is $400 + HST for 1 reader for 2 HOURS including travel time. Maxium 8 guests and a 25 km travel radious.

What is the retainer amount for booking?

A non refundable 50% deposit of your booking is required to lock in your date.

What is your dress code?

Details are what make good events great. Our thorough pre-event questionnaire captures the specifics of your gathering, making sure our readers are always appropriately dressed for the occasion at hand.

Will you dress up in costume for events?

No, we will not "dress like fortune tellers" or any other culturally appropriated stereotype of Mystics & Seer's (which are deeply revered cultural traditions held sacred by many).

If we are booked for a costumed party and we get to decide on the costum, than yes.

For larger groups

For more than 20 people we automatically include our scheduling coordinator into your quote for an additional charge. They make sure the readings are scheduled and run smoothly and on time with digital reminders to your guests.
